It went really fast and was pretty easy. I feel so much better than I did 10 days ago. I have more energy, I am sleeping better, I am not craving sweets. In fact I just went into the kitchen to look for something and looked at all I had in my kitchen and decided that I really didn&#8217;t need a snack. I just took a glass of water instead.</p>
<p>I have noticed my skin is clearer and brighter. I do not feel blotted in fact I feel lighter. I even lost 2 ponds, nice little bonus!</p>
<p>I am so glad I did this detox. It was exactly what I need to get myself eating better and feeling wonderful.</p>
<p>I hope you have enjoyed hearing about my journey on this detox.</p>

<div>Today I feel really good my energy is the best it&#8217;s been in quite a while.  I slept really good last night. Again no afternoon crash, no sweet cravings.  While I was food shopping today I walked past the baked goods and noting even looked good to me.  I really just wanted an apple!  Tomorrow is day 10 I am going to keep the good habits I have regained over the past few days. I am not going back on the over processed foods.  I  plan on staying off unrefined sugar as well.  I hope I can keep my sweet tooth in check.  Only time will tell.</div>

<div>I was watching The Food Network today and anytime I watch it I end up in the kitchen grabbing food wether or not I am hungry.  Today I was watching it and I never once got up to eat anything.  I really hope that once the detox is over I have been some of my sugar cravings.  We will see how it goes.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Sorry I didn&#8217;t post yesterday but the evening got away from me.  Yesterday was good.  I was barely hungry all day.  I had a good amount of energy (for a rainy Friday when you&#8217;d rather be under the covers)  But I felt  good.  My food choices for the next few days are limited but the shake that comes with the program does keep you full.  As much as my choices are limited  the quantity of food is not so If I want to eat a whole bag of apples I can.  (I didn&#8217;t BUT I could).</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 4 went really well.  I feel really good.  I was a little tired but for the most part I had more energy then I had all week.  I am a little worried about the next few days my food choices get really restricted but I think it will be fine.  I did notice that I wasn&#8217;t hungry today.  I had no cravings at all.  My usual late afternoon sugar craving never happened.  I didn&#8217;t once head to the kitchen to snack.  I will admit that snacking and sugar cravings are my biggest problems.  I hope this detox can cure the desire for both. I guess only time will tell.</p>
<p>Today menu</p>
<p>Breakfast &#8211; Green smoothie</p>
<p>Lunch -<a href="http://youcanbehealthyjusteatright.com/articles/recipes/">Crispy Chickpeas</a> wih a tossed salad.</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; Orange peppers stuffed with <a href="http://youcanbehealthyjusteatright.com/articles/recipes/">hummus</a>.</p>
<p>Snacked on Kale Chips, apple and grapes</p>
<p>I hope tomorrow goes as smoothly as the the last few days have gone.</p>

<p>For breakfast I had a yummy green smoothie with banana, strawberry and kale.</p>
<p>Lunch was a brown rice vegetable sushi roll and a BIG salad.</p>
<p>I snacked on some carrots and <a href="http://youcanbehealthyjusteatright.com/articles/recipes/">hummus </a>as well as <a href="http://youcanbehealthyjusteatright.com/articles/recipes/">Kale chips</a>.</p>
<p>Dinner was a tofu and veggie sir fry.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t wait to see how I feel tomorrow.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">my usual healthy eating habits.  The best way I know how to fix what I did over the summer is to detox.  This will gently get back to eating whole unprocessed, unrefined real foods.  It is also a great way to help you transition to a healthy more natural diet.</span></p>
